Richard M. Hall and Shawn M. Scott will be presenting “Business Succession and Exit Planning,” a seminar sponsored by the Indianapolis Bar Association on June 27, 2019 at the Indianapolis Bar Association.  This program will review important issues to consider related to business succession and exit planning for the closely held business.  Business succession strategies and related documents will be discussed including planning with LLCs, Shareholder agreements, valuation of the business and buy/sell agreements, and planning with insurance.
