Richard M. Hall of Hall Scott P.C. was a featured speaker at a seminar presented by the Central Indiana Chapter of the Exit Planning Institute on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 entitled “How to Not Get the Short End of a Buy-Sell Deal.” The Central Indiana Chapter of the Exit Planning Institute is a group of local advisors dedicated to helping business owners achieve their goals. The seminar was held at the offices of Katz Sapper & Miller in Indianapolis.
