Mallor Grodner LLP is pleased to welcome Richard M. Hall to the firm’s private client group. Richard brings extensive experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business formations and transactions to the firm. During his career, he has been involved in more than 250 transactions involving the sale or purchase of business or investment property.
Richard received his JD from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (1981) and his undergraduate degree in business (accounting) from Indiana University, Bloomington (1997). Richard is a certified public accountant (inactive status). He has spoken at professional seminars and advisor meetings on topics ranging from estate planning, trust administration, fiduciary taxation, and farm and business succession planning. Richard has been named to the Indiana Super Lawyers list for Estate Planning 18 times.
Richard’s long-time paralegal staff — Vicki Kersey, Dory Brooker, and Jackie Schrader — are also welcomed to Mallor Grodner. These additions to the firm also bring a new location on the north side of Indianapolis for Mallor Grodner, at 3755 E. 82nd Street, Suite 110.
